HTS is now a listed Verkada integration partner

Harris Technology Services (HTS), a security systems integrator and managed-services provider, now appears on Verkada's integration partner list. Organizations that run Verkada can find HTS there as a team that keeps their system running after the install is done: badges, Command administration and guest Wi-Fi, plus, scoped per project, connections to the other systems they already use. What HTS does on Verkada after installation

• Managed badging (BadgeFlow). Your team requests badges and we print and ship them, with approvals tracked in the customer portal.
• Command admin support. We handle the routine administration that builds up after go-live, so your own staff don't have to.
• Guest Wi-Fi sign-in for Meraki sites. A branded guest sign-in, set up and run by our team.
• Network monitoring (NetOps). We monitor the network gear your cameras and doors depend on, and our operations team works issues with you.

More services are opening to early adopters. LensOps camera health checks run on our own cameras today and are now open to a few early customers (see LensOps). AccessOps and ProofPack are on the roadmap.

How the work is done

We work in your own Verkada organization, through API access you grant and limit to the agreed workflow. Badge and access changes follow your approved process, and a person reviews every deactivation. Each workflow, and each connection to another system, is scoped and tested with you before it goes live.
