NetOps · Early adopter access
Know about network problems before your team does.
NetOps keeps watch over your network gear, flags trouble early and sends our team to fix it, so you're not the one finding out from a support call.
What we take off your plate
Always watching
We monitor your switches, firewalls, access points and cellular routers, and get alerted when something drops or degrades.
We respond
Alerts come to our team, not just a dashboard. We work the problem remotely and send someone on site when needed.
Settings backed up
Device settings are backed up, so a failed or replaced device is back to normal faster.
The gear you have
Built for Cisco Meraki, Peplink and Cambium networks. Ask us about other brands.
A clear monthly report
What happened, what we fixed and what needs attention next.

Questions we hear a lot
What does Early adopter access mean?
NetOps is running for HTS and a small group of customers now. Early customers help shape it and get our full attention while it grows.
How fast do you respond?
Remote response within 4, 24 or 72 hours depending on priority, and on site within 24 to 48 hours when a visit is needed. Your agreement spells it out.
Do we need new hardware?
Usually not. We start with the gear you already have and tell you if anything should be replaced.
Can you take over from our current monitoring tool?
Yes. We'll help you switch over without a gap in coverage.
Where do you work?
We support networks nationwide*.
NetOps managed network monitoring is part of Managed by Harris Technology Services. Status: Early adopter access.
*We serve customers nationwide through our own team and trusted partners. Services and installation are not available in all locations, and some require a state license. See our Licenses page for where we're licensed.
