LensOps · Early adopter access

Know when a camera stops seeing, and get it fixed.

LensOps keeps an eye on your Verkada cameras and catches the problems people usually find too late. Then our team opens the ticket and works the fix.

What we take off your plate

Health checks

We check that each camera is online, in focus, pointed the right way and recording.

Tamper alerts

Blocked, moved or covered cameras get flagged, so a blind spot doesn't sit unnoticed.

We fix it

Problems come to our team. We work them remotely and send someone on site when needed.

A clear monthly report

Which cameras had trouble, what we did and what needs attention.

Questions we hear a lot

What does Early adopter access mean?

LensOps is running for HTS and a small group of customers now. Early customers help shape it and get our full attention while it grows.

Which cameras does it work with?

Verkada cameras. If you use another brand, tell us and we'll let you know when it's supported.

Do you need access to our Verkada account?

Yes, limited access so we can check camera health. We'll walk you through exactly what we see.

What happens when a camera has a problem?

We open a ticket, try a remote fix first and schedule a visit if it needs hands on site.

Where do you work?

We support camera systems nationwide*.

LensOps camera health monitoring is part of Managed by Harris Technology Services. Status: Early adopter access.

*We serve customers nationwide through our own team and trusted partners. Services and installation are not available in all locations, and some require a state license. See our Licenses page for where we're licensed.
